RENTAL FEES
EVENT ROOM
$50.00 for meetings under two hours. (An additional $25.00 will be charged for every hour or portion of an hour of occupancy after the expiry time as agreed in your contract.)
For theatre companies and other performing arts organizations, the event room is available on your performance days. Rental fees are based on the duration of your show's run. Please contact us for details.
The maximum capacity for our Event Room as permitted by the Fire Marshall is 84 people. We can accommodate various seating arrangements of up to 80 people.
IANNI PERFORMANCE HALL
$200.00 for meetings. (Includes your rental of the hall and cleaning after your event.)
For theatre companies and other performing arts organizations, fees are dependent on the duration of your rental. Please contact us for details.
The maximum capacity of the Ianni Performance Hall as permitted by the Fire Marshall is 114 people on the floor and 58 people on the stage. We can accommodate various seating arrangements of up to 105 people.
OTHER FEES
Renters are responsible for cleaning up any major spills as they happen. If a spill is not dealt with, an additional cleaning fee of $25.00 will be charged.
For theatre companies and other performing arts groups, a $200.00 damage deposit will be charged when renting either room. If no damage occurs, this fee will be refunded.
